I followed the recipe. The chicken did literally fall apart and my house smelled awesome when I got home, but the chicken tasted so very dry. Even with adding an onion and head of garlic for flavor. Husband was not impressed. Won't be doing this again.

Moroccan Tagine

Recipe came out great was an easy one skillet dish. My husband and I loved the unique flavor combination! I think this one may go in the official dinner recipe box :-)

Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread

Followed the recipe exactly. Super easy and worked out perfectly. Added raisins and caraway seeds for a traditional taste. Only recommendation is to bake at 350 extend the cook time an extra 10 minutes.
