About this Cook
I have two adult boys and a wonderful partner. Feeding three men can be a challenge. They are large eaters so cooking for six is a regular occurance. We sit down at dinner as a family and the boys love to critique the meal. They are usually pretty positive and when they don't like it they tell me "It must be the recipe"
My favorite things to cook
Anything Italian. I love pasta. Seafood is also a favorite of mine. I have been trying Asian lately with some success but I don't often have all the ingredients on hand.
My cooking tragedies
I asked my parents if I could have a dinner party and they accepted. I made an undercooked roast chicken and a no bake cherry cheese cake that was like pudding. So much for my first attempt at entertaining!

Pizza Pinwheels
I have made these three times in the last two weeks! I put a light coating of pizza sauce on the dough before I add the finely chopped pepperoni and shredded mozzarella cheese. What a great light appetizer and a big hit with the both the young and old!

Sloppy Joes II
It was good, but much too sweet. I would definitely cut down on the brown sugar the next time. What I really like about this recipe however is the fact that the salt content is nothing compared to the dry package mixes.

Sloppy Joe Sandwiches
My family really enjoyed this. I would make this again considering the package mixes are extremely high in sodium
