I made this exactly as written and I think these are the best cookies I have ever made in my life! I did use parchment paper instead of greasing the baking sheets and the cookies were perfect! These easily could be sold for money!

Raspberry Chocolate Supremes

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2013
This recipe deserves 10 stars! It was sooo good. I doubled the recipe and placed in 13 x 9 pan. I added fresh crushed rasberries to the jam. When melting the white chocolate I added a teaspoon of milk to thin it out and even though it seemed too thin once it was placed in fridge overnight it was perfect. I also used 1/2 dark chocolate and 1/2 semi sweet chocolate for topping and when melting added 1 t. of orange juice and 1 t. of butter instead of shortening! Wow! My guests went crazy over this!

The World's Best Turkey

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2013
I was a little skeptical of using this recipe but every year I like to try something different so I gave it a shot and boy am I glad I did. I had an emergency happen on Thanksgiving and had to reheat this the next day for our celebration so I was dreading the dryness of the secound reheat and I am truley amazed how moist and wonderful this turned out. I am actually making another turkey for Christmas and doing this exact recipe again..... thank you for such a easy simple and delicious recipe.

I am only rating the sauce recipe and I can't say enough about how easy and good it is. I have used it several occasions on my own enchilada recipe. So quick and easy you will never buy store bought again! Thank you for this recipe!
