Chinese Pork Dumplings

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2013
Outstanding recipe I ground my own pork loin and added the garlic & ginger when grinding. Also added some mushrooms with the meat and used won ton wrappers I used a little less than 1 T for filling because otherwise it was hard to close them without tearing. I was able to make enought to freeze. These are much lighter and tastier than others for that I gave it 5 stars!

I used 2 cups of cooked brown rice added 1/4 cup of corn, 1 can of black beans 1 T chili power 1 t cumin and 1 cup of tomato sauce and 1 cup of salsa. I then placed slices of cheese inside the sides of the peppers and then filled them. I used provolone but any cheese will work. I placed in a casserole dish with 2 inches of water on the bottom and baked 1 hr at 400 degrees. Turned out great!

Easy Baked Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2013
I made the recipe exactly how it was written and for the people afraid that the wings will be soggy not the case the amount of time in the oven turns the sauce into a great crispy coating that is wonderful! You will not be disappointed give these a try:)

The World's Best Turkey

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2013
I was a little skeptical of using this recipe but every year I like to try something different so I gave it a shot and boy am I glad I did. I had an emergency happen on Thanksgiving and had to reheat this the next day for our celebration so I was dreading the dryness of the secound reheat and I am truley amazed how moist and wonderful this turned out. I am actually making another turkey for Christmas and doing this exact recipe again..... thank you for such a easy simple and delicious recipe.
