TOBLERONE-Topped Caramel Cheesecake

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2012
I used cookies and cream chocolate bar for the topping instead of Toberone and used oreo crust! I added 1/2 c of Bailey to the filling as suggested by someone and felt it was too overwhelming in flavors. I will make this again without the Baileys!

Excellent recipe followed exaclty but baked 1 hr at 325 degrees. I used the satiny chocolate glaze recipe from this site and then placed fresh raspberries cut in half and placed them all along the top which was perfect in using as a guide for cutting each piece! Will be making this again..
