So good I made exactly as written this would be perfect for guests. I made this with beet greens on this site and rice. Was excellent! Must make with the greens (beet) or spinach.

Comforting Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2013
I used a whole chicken and placed everything in crock pot added 2 bay leaves and some fresh parsley once chicken was cooked I took ginger and shredded chicken and placed back into crockpot I left celery and carrots in pot. Made noodles and used my kitchen aid mixer to cut flat noodles and placed in baggy in refer until dinner time. I didn't feel it was necessary to thicken with cornstartch because the flour from homemade noodles seemed to do the job. Great for a rainy day!

Spinach Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2013
Glad I took the advice of others and did not use but only 1/4 c of melted butter and next time will not put any on the top part because it just sat there like one big puddle so I ended up dabbing with paper towel and cooked 5 min longer. Really nice recipe, I will make again.

Chinese Pork Dumplings

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2013
Outstanding recipe I ground my own pork loin and added the garlic & ginger when grinding. Also added some mushrooms with the meat and used won ton wrappers I used a little less than 1 T for filling because otherwise it was hard to close them without tearing. I was able to make enought to freeze. These are much lighter and tastier than others for that I gave it 5 stars!

I then placed slices of cheese inside the sides of the peppers and then filled them. I used provolone but any cheese will work.
