Prawn Pasta

This recipe is GREAT! It reminds me of a pasta I get from a restaurant called Pizza Mizza. I added in a few extra garlic cloves and bacon to the recipe and omitted the celery. I must say again it was fabulous!

Steamed Fish with Ginger

This recipe was so delicious! I can't wait to make it again. I used only light soy sauce since that was all I had and omitted the sea salt and the cilantro and it was still amazing. I think I'll be steaming fish a lot more now since this recipe.

The fish was pretty good but I think the time to cook the fish if you're using flounder should be reduced.

Sesame Shrimp Stir-Fry

It wasn't bad but it wasn't the best either. I didn't care for the brown murky sauce at the end. It really took away from the vibrant color of the shrimp and veggies I had in my stir fry. If I try this recipe again, I'm leaving out the cornstarch and broth mixture at the end completely or I am cutting down on the mixture. I would prefer a much thinner sauce.

Ghirardelli® Ultimate Chocolate Fondue

This recipe was amazing! I am not a big fan of chocolate and this recipe even had me going back for more. It was a hit with me and my friend! I only did 1 cup of milk and 1 1/2 tbsps butter. I can only imagine how much better it would be with the chocolate liqueur. I served it with strawberries, pineapple, marshmallows, bananas, pound cake, Granny Smith green apples, Oreos, peanuts and Salt and Vinegar chips. The next time I make it I'm putting bacon on the menu instead of the chips. The combination of salty and sweet will send you over the edge.

Egg Salad Sandwiches

I loved this recipe but the dried flakes made the egg salad crunchy which I didn't like. Next time, I'll use onion powder instead.
