Pecan Pie IV

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2007
This was good after putting it in the fridge. What i did different was instead of brown sugar i used white.I didn't have enough pecans so I mixed it with walnuts. But this still wasn't as good as the professionals.

Pizza Dough II

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2007
Nice recipe. I added a few things. I got this from someone else's review,"approx 1/2 tsp basil, 1/2 tsp oregano, and 1/4 tsp onion powder. (The best and easiest way to add herbs is to mix them into the olive oil before you add it to the batter - that will ensure even distribution throughout the entire dough.)"(Robin F)and I didn't use wheat.

Best Lemonade Ever

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2007
Great recipe. My guest liked it, and my husband said it's good. I changed it a little bit. I ran out of lemons, so I just had 1 cup. As for the water, I'm not sure How much I used. Maybe five cups plus one with sugar. Next time I'll try to do it as written. thanks!

My husband ate it. I was scared to eat it because after I cooked it I thought about if it was healthy using the bag.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2007
It's my fault that this turned out hard as a rock. I used about 3/4 cups of butter melted. For the chocolate chips, instead I used about 6 hershey's kisses melted. i also used 1/2 tsp meringue. oh and I shaped them into cookies. I still don't know what I did wrong;)

Burger or Hot Dog Buns

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2007
This was a great recipe. I changed it a little bit. For milk, I used instant nonfat dry milk. For the egg I used Meringue powder as a substitute. I could taste the Meringue power, so I might leave it out next time and put a real egg.
