Simple Whole Roasted Chicken

I make this at least once a month and my whole family loves it. Like other reviewers, I double the spices (except salt) and add chopped onion to the cavity. In the summertime when I don't want to turn on the oven, I make this in the slow cooker the same way and simply cook on high for 5 hours. (no liquid needed) Thanks for the great recipe!

World's Best Lasagna

I've made this recipe several times and I love it. The only modifications I make are to eliminate the salt (seems there is enough between the canned tomatoes and cheese), I use the no-boil lasagna noodles to save time, and I drain the beef/sausage mixture before adding the tomatoes to reduce the fat a bit. Thank you for a wonderful recipe!

Adrienne's Cucumber Salad

Great, easy recipe. Served it at a BBQ and everyone liked it. I skipped the sugar altogether, used apple cider vinegar instead, replaced dried dill with fresh dill and added tomatoes.

Overnight Blueberry French Toast

Fantastic and easy to make. Be sure to slice the bread thick enough to absorb the egg/milk mixture. A good quality maple syrup adds the perfect touch. This is a favorite every time!

French Toast Bake

The taste was terrific; I had trouble with the consistency. It was somewhat soggy. I think I needed more bread to soak up the egg/milk mixture. I wound up baking it for 40 minutes. All in all, this was yummy, I just need to figure out how to fix the consistency!
