this was a good recipe. I made it for Thanksgiving this year (08), but my Turkey was still dry and there wasn't much flavor. Next time I will do a few things different, like putting the butter and spices under the skin of the turkey before cooking. And if you have a large turkey like I did (26lbs). It is really hard to turn it over. I will have to rethink how to do that. Otherwise, everything was fine.
