About this Cook
I am a mom with 3 lovely boys ages 14,11 & 9. I have all of my boys into cooking as well. I work at a bank and am always looking for quick healthy meals to make after work. I love to entertain and have Murder Mystery Dinner Parties that I never seem to go wrong serving Beef Tenderloin. It's easy and delisious to make.
My favorite things to cook
Beef Tenderloin, Bacon Smashed Potatoes & Garlic/Bacon Green Beans. Grilling Meats (I have to admit I haven't tried myself to grill veggies) I enjoy cooking Mexican dishes (I could eat Mexican every day) I also enjoy making desserts.
My favorite family cooking traditions

Turkey Brine
This was the best turkey I ever made. I did substitue chicken broth and apple juice in place of the veggie broth and it was delish.
