Apple-Cinnamon Farfel Kugel

I didn't care for the texture. With the shredding of the apples and beating of the egg whites, I thought it was a lot of work. I took it to a seder and everyone thought it was average.

Pizza Dip

Asian Beef Skewers

I made this recipe tonight for 11 people and everyone loved it. It was very easy and had lots of flavor. My husband had a fantastic suggestion...thread the meat onto two skewers, instead of one, to prevent the meat from twisting around the skewer when turning.

Aaahh! Potato Soup

I wasn't so sure about this recipe because it uses an intant potato mix and there are so few ingredients. Based on the high rating, I tried it. It is fabulous. I've never been able to say I've made a good potato soup but now I can. Thank you for such an easy, good tasting soup.

Southern Sweet Potato Bread with Pecans

Yummm! This very easy recipe was a hit with my family and company. It's very moist and easy to make. I should have read the recipe a little closer. I thought it was going to be like a yeast bread but was more of the consistency like a zucchini bread. Be sure to allow for the 70 minutes baking time.

Passover Chocolate Chip Meringues

These were excellent. You can make them any time you have extra egg whites not just for Passover. I've tried making a similar recipe in the past which didn't turn out. Very easy to make.
