About this Cook
I am a connoisseur of all things that taste good. I LOVE to cook recipes that allow my creative juices to flow. I will use a recipe once and then substitute and edit it to what ever inspires me that day. I love cooking Middle Eastern/Mediterranean dishes because I have been to Istanbul Turkey 6 times and just can not get enough of the flavors you find there. My inspiration comes from my life experiences and the love I have for cooking.

Green Grape Salad
I made this salad it is very good and sweet. I did not use the brown sugar and nut topping instead I topped mine with tiny pieces of Heath candy bar. It was delicious.

Manti (Turkish 'Ravioli' with Yogurt Sauce)
You are actually not suppose drain the water out of the ravioli! It is suppose to be like creamy soup! So I would say use one ladle of the water and as little or as much yogurt as you would like. Sorry it got left out!

Squash Stuff
This recipie is very good if you like squash. It has a robust flavor if you use Italian style stewed tomatoes. I also used extra tomato sauce and let it simmer for a longer time letting all the flavors out.
