Working, being in school, and a newlywed take up a lot of time time. I don't always have time to cook, but when I'm looking for something different, I always try allrecipes and have never been disappointed!

Anything on the grill. I would make every meal on the grill if I could. I also make a mean hamburg stroganoff.

Sausage and Rice Stuffed Peppers
This was delicious! Even my daughter - who doesn't like rice or peppers - loved it. I was lazy and chopped up the peppers to turn it into a casserole. I also used half mild Italian sausage and half ground beef, but added a Tbsp of red pepper flakes. Finally, I used Parmesan and shredded smoked gouda, because they're my favorite cheeses. I'll be making this again! Thanks for the recipe!

Smokin' Scovilles Turkey Chili
First, I gave it four stars because I didn't make it exactly as-is. I adapted it according to the ingredients I had on hand. I left out the peppers, cumin, liquid smoke and hot pepper sauce. I substituted the turkey for beef, Worcestershire sauce for steak sauce, and the tomato sauce for tomato paste, but added more beer. The result was delicious! I let it refrigerate overnight, which I think helped the flavors blend together and keep the corn from tasting like, well, corn. The hubby raved, and he doesn't usually have much to say about my cooking. Will definitely use this (adapted) recipe again!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
They are really tasty cookies! Only problem I had was when they baked, the ran together, even though I used melted butter, slightly warm eggs & refrigerated the dough as others have suggested. Since I just made these for my hubby & me, it didn't matter how ugly they turned out!
