Classic Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2013
Love these rolls, make them alot for my family. I use to never get dinner rolls to turn out because of over heating my wet ingredients or never rising dough. My sister told me this trick, just use tap water as hot as you can get it, don't warm it on the stove if it's to hot it will kill your yeast. With this recipe, I do warm it on the stove because of the milk, but just enough enough to put my finger in with out burning it, it should be very warm not scalding or hot. (like warm to hot tap water) If I over heat it I leave it sit for a bit til it cools off enough that a can test it the same way. Just a helpful tip, if you can't get them to rise. I do this everytime now and they always turn out great.

Easy Decadent Truffles

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2012
Just finished this recipe,I cut the recipe in half and still got 50 1/2 inch rolled balls. It starts to set up sooner than it says. I found it easier to work with by not leaving in the fridge as long. Rolled them up and they are amazing. So creamy and delicous. Rolled them in shaved chocolate, crushed candy canes. Even mixed together 2tbls spoons of ground coffee with cocoa powder and rolled them in it as well. (If you like coffee, and I do)Will keep this recipe for sure and use again.

Grandma's Homemade Banana Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2012
It turned out great, used sour cream instead of sour milk, added walnuts. Only had 2 bananas so I used half a cup of crushed pinapple instead. I used only 1 cup of sugar also.(Don't like all that sugar)Made 12 muffins and a loaf of bread Perfectly moist.
