Spicy Filet Mignon

This is spectacular! Sometimes I coat the steaks with a little bit of olive oil before adding the rub. Pair with an Oregon Pinot Noir or a big Cali Zinfandel.

Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce

Fantastic! I added onions and a yellow bell pepper like some people suggested, and also added some cooked Italian sausage slices while simmering. Served over farfalle. Best pasta dish I've had in a long long time!

Best Formula Three-Cheese Fondue

This recipe was very good. People who had trouble are doing something very very wrong because I had never made fondue before and it was a breeze. I didn't shred my cheese, but did cut into very small pieces. Constant stirring as you melt the cheese and continued heat while it sits in your fondue pot (sterno) are a must. I will try with garlic next time, that sounds amazing!

Grilled Spicy Lamb Burgers

I've made twice now and everyone loves! Even my very picky friend from Turkey who doesn't like anything. Last time I tried with half lamb/half ground beef and it worked just as well.

Cranberry Nut Stuffing

I've made this two years in a row and everyone goes absolutely crazy about it! People preferred to catered stuffing last year and over my mom's amazing age old traditional stuffing this year. Even my dad who doesn't like nuts or cranberries absolutely loved this stuffing. I made both years with a fresh loaf of multigrain bread - it's the move.
