Manicotti
HOWEVER, there is no way I'm going to stuff a limp noodle. If you make this with Lawrey's spaghetti sauce out of an envelope, then you don't have to precook the noodles. There is enough water in the sauce to cook the noodles in the oven. Just COVER with tinfoil to bake.

Cinnamon Apple Salad
This is the also our family tradition! But never with pecans and celery... My mom puts walnuts in if I can't stop her. Tasty, tasty, tasty.... if you like cinnamon, that is. Our dish always ended up with 4 quadrants, one with just the jello, one with jello and cream cheese, one with jello, cream cheese and walnuts and one with walnuts but no cream cheese. Have to please everyone during the holidays!

Depression Cake I
Oh so tasty just as the recipe is. If you like a spice cake, this one is great. I was worried because I tasted the concoction after it cooled and I didn't think it taste good at all. I think this cake would be great even with out the raisins although the may have added some flavor during the simmering.
