This has Way too much sugar!! Next time I will leave out the brown sugar and only put in 1/4 cup of white sugar.

Garlic Prime Rib

In addition to the thyme mixture, also sliced up 2 cloves of garlic and inserted them into the meat. Took the roast out at 117 and let rest until 133, that took about a 1\2 hr. A perfect rare to med rare.

Bread and Celery Stuffing

I have made this stuffing for years, passed down from my mother. 2 things that we do different is cook the liver from the turkey in boiling water, mince it, add that to the stuffing, perfect and I don't even like liver. I also add 1/2 Cup of chopped mushrooms, makes the stuffing moist.

Cucumber Sandwiches III

I made these for my Husbands' NASCAR party as a joke because they are so dainty. They went over VERY well and the guys Really enjoyed them and asked for them again for the next party.

Sweet Spicy Wings

Great wings, they are always a hit. I have made these alot. I do put some cornstarch into the sauce to thicken it up. This coats the wings better.

Amber's Sesame Chicken

I used A1 teriyaki marinade for the teriyaki sauce. This was a mistake. It was way to overpowering. This would be a good recipe and I will make it again just with a different sauce.

Rock Salt Roast Prime Rib

We followed the receipe to a t but, I think you might get the same results just by roasting it in the oven per directions without the salt. I am going to try it that way next time. It was a BIG hit!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

This is very good! The only thing that I would recommend is to not cook it on foil. Cook it on a broiler pan or punch holes in the foil to let the fish drain out. It was a little mushy.
