Chocolate Rum Balls I

This was my first attempt at rum balls. These are easy, versatile and turned out GREAT! Rolled some in coconut, almonds, pecans, walnuts, cocoa, and even stuffed cherries inside a few. Can't wait to make more and try new combinations.

Apple Pie in a Jar

Thanks so much for this recipe. The filling makes the easiest pies and apple crips. Canned the filling on the weekend when I had time. All you have to do is whip up a crust or crumb topping and bake. AWESOME!!!

Apple Butter Pumpkin Pie

I tried this for Thanksgiving. It was pretty good but not great. Almost had too much going on. Will make again.
