Peanut Butter Bon-Bons
Love it, I make them every year for Christmas. Double the batch and add an extra 1/2 cup peanut butter and 1/4 cup butter, makes them much easier to scoop! makes 155 1inch balls I roll them in chocolate almond bark when making them in large quantities and it cuts down on the cost.

Pumpkin Ginger Cupcakes
They turned out ok but burnt on most of the bottoms even though I baked at 350 and I had to add 5 minutes in order to cook them all the way through. The taste is fine but they are fairly mushy not like real pumpkin bread. Next time I'll reduce the heat to 325 bake for 30 minutes and minus the pudding mix. Instead adding another 1/2 cup flour and an additional egg to make up for the moister.

Strawberry Cake II
Excellent cake. I reduced the cooking time to 25 minutes or it's to dry and then made butter cream frosting for the side which holds up better then the cream cheese frosting. Inside I mixed the Whipped cream with the cream cheese and powder sugar and vanilla, it makes a light and fluffy cheesecake filling-don't over whip it or it will go flat.
