Creamy Dill Cucumber Toasties
I just had this at a party on dark cocktail bread. It is good. I made it according to this recipe and it was just the same flavor. My opinion is if you change the bread or toast rate the recipe according to the ingridents. So I rated this a five. I will use it again and again.

Zucchini Pineapple Bread I
I didn't have enough pineapple when I doubled recipe so I just replaced the amount with zucchini. I gave loafs away to friends. The girl that was bringing the zucchini from the garden almost put me in business. She kept bring zucchini to me and neighbors were bringing me flour, sugar etc. to keep the loafs coming.

Sugar Cookie Glaze
When I made it I used the amounts suggested, but added 1/2 teas or more of vannilla flavoring first time, and almond the second batch. I just added more confectioners' sugar to get to the way I wanted it to be. I will use again and again.
