No Mayo Deviled Eggs
I loved these. The only things I buy mayo for is these, burgers and balogna sandwiches. I am trying to cut mayo out and making deviled eggs like this was awesome. I only used 3 eggs, half of a large alvo, added some freeze dried cilantro along with the other spices, my dill was dried as well, and I also used about 2 tbs of sour cream. The sc did not dilute the taste, they were great! I have some left over filling that I plan to use in a lettuce wrap tomorrow. Oh, I also added a splash of lemon juice to prevent browning. :) thanks!!!

Creamed Eggs on Toast
It was good but it felt like it was missing something. I'm not sure what exactly. Great use for left over eggs! :)

Chicken, Stuffing and Green Bean Casserole
Yummm! I made some alterations. I used raw chicken breasts in the bottom of my casserole dish. I made the stuffing with 1 .5 c hot water in the casserole dish, added the beans and soup amd mixed well. Then added 1/2 the soup can of milk. I also used cream of mushroom soup , omitted the salt and pepper and baked for an hour at 400. Turned out yummy! Will make again!
