Cracked Sugar Cookies I

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2010
We loved these and so did everyone I made them for. I used almond extract in mine instead just because I love the taste of it.

Penne and Vodka Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2009
This was absolutely delicious. I had to modify it as I didn't have the bacon or cream but it still had the most delicious flavor and I'm sure if I had all the ingredients, it would have been out of this world.

Scallops with White Wine Sauce II

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2009
I am in absolute love with this sauce and have made it several time times now. I didn't change anything about it, it's perfect just the way it is.

Beer Batter Fish Made Great

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2008
I loved the flavor of this batter and so did my 9 year old. I used half the amount of paprika and just under a teaspoon of salt. I followed previous tips of using flour to keep the batter on the fish. My batter was soggy, probably due to a lack of paper bags, I tried using a cooling rack with paper towel underneath instead.

Mint Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2008
I love this recipe. I didn't freeze the cake between steps and it shows in the final chocolate layer but it still tastes very very good. I used a recipe for chocolate cake instead of a package and I used semi-sweet chips (cause it was all I had) which worked beautifully. Next time I'll freeze my cake for a bit before frosting it. I'll definitely be making this again

Cookies 'n' Cream Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2007
I found this tasted very good and I didn't have a problem with the cookie bits staying on. The only problem I did have was it setting. I made it at 10 in the morning and was finally able to cut it by 5 that evening but it was still too soft to retain any shape. I'm not giving up yet though, I will try this again as this is my first time making fudge.

This was exactly what I needed for my chicken. I made triple the amount and stirred it in with the chicken. It tasted great. Thanks for sharing.

Apple Cranberry Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2007
I really loved this recipe. I excluded the nuts cause I made them for my son for school. I also added ground allspice and cloves to give it a warm spicey flavour perfect for the colder season. This is one of my favourites and I have made it twice already in the week since I found it. Thank you so much for sharing

Indian Saffron Rice

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2007
I'm used to my rice having a more intense flavour, but I have to say that this recipe was wonderful. I did add a sprinkle each of pepper, paprika, garlic and onion powder. Also I added slightly more saffron but overall it tasted great.
