I am definitely not a big fan of fish, but this recipe has made eating fish enjoyable. My husband, who does like fish, said this was the best fish he ever had. The parmesan coating gave the fish lots of good flavor although I will probably use less butter and mayo next time to make it a little more healthy (we also ended up not using all of the parmesan coating). This was the first time that we ever used our broiler, and besides setting off the fire alarm in our kitchen (we like things well done), I am planning on cooking with this recipe again.
