Very good... The entire family loved it and went back for seconds. Used 1/2 cup of pepsi to cut back on carbs (diabetic in the house) I think I will use a diet next time. Can of low salt stewed tomatos and small can of tomato paste. Used a small amount of Cornstarch to thicken gravey. Crock pot for 8 hr on low. Very good easy dinner.

Thai Peanut Chicken

Very good stir fry. Quick and easy. I like to prep the chicken in advance, and let it marinate for a half day in everything except the peanut butter. Then add the peanut butter as the final stir fry step. I have even made several batches at the same time and put them in the freezer for home made dinner on a busy night.

Marinated Flank Steak

Kids and family loved this recipe. I added a bit more garlic and only had time to let it sit for 3 hours before cooking over a low grill. Turned out great...

Grilled Salmon I

Very good. It is a nice light salmon without a heavy crust or sauce. My husband is diebetic so I exchanged Splends brown sugar and it cooked and tasted great. No after taste and we could not tell the difference.
