Pork with Plum Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2010
This was a great base recipe, but as is, I don't think it makes enough sauce. I added about 1 up of pineapple juice, then later another 1/2 cup with some corn starch mixed in to thicken it. Other than that the only other change I made was to sub nutmeg for the cloves, because I didn't have any. I'll definitely make this again! Next time I'll try to get a pic!

Peanut Butter Brownies I

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2010
These were pretty good. I reduced the flour to 1'3 cup and added 1/3 cup cocoa, as other users suggested. But for some reason, after I mixed all the ingredients in accordance with the directions, they were more of a cookie dough consistency. I added another egg and about a 1/4 cup of milk to make it a batter. But they cooked up well and did taste quite good, regardless. Maybe needs more PB next time though.....

Quick and Easy Brownies

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2010
I'm not sure what happened here....They have an awesome chocolate taste, but, even though I followed the recipe exactly, I had to bake them for almost an hour. I took them out as they were getting way too hard around the edges, but they are still not done in the middle. They've sat for several hour and are completely cool now, but they are still too gooey in the center. But, I still gave 4 stars because they so taste good, and though I don't know what it is, I'm sure I did something wrong.....

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2010
I made this for dinner tonight. I thought it was very tender and I loved the flavor. Super easy too. I added a tiny splash of white cooking wine to my honey-mustard mixture, and sprinkled my chicken breasts with the lemon pepper and some onion powder before brushing on the honey-mustard. I've learned my lesson about bake wear, though. I didn't have a big enough Corningwear dish, so I used my metal pan....I guess it's like a bar cookie pan. My poor pan is going in the trash now.....The grease from the bacon mixed with the other juices and just baked onto my pan. :-(
