Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2012
These cookies tasted good but they got so flat and even after baking for 12+ mins, they still weren't done. I halved the recipe so maybe that's what the problem was. Will try another recipe. Have yet to find a good chocolate chip recipe...

These were good but too heavy - I think next time I will use less soup.

Antipasto Squares

Easy and very tasty. You can really add anything to this to make it your own. I add sliced pepperoni and my family seems to like it better.

Cream Cheese Kolacky

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2011
These tasted good but didn't rise right for me. Probably won't make again as they weren't eaten as much as the other cookies I made. The recipe does make a lot though.

Chocolate Eclair Dessert

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2011
I have made this more times than I can count and don't believe I have never rated this. I am always asked to make this when I go places. Make it exaclty as written except melt the icing in the microwave and pour ontop of cake. Can't go wrong with this recipe!

Broccoli Chicken Divan

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2011
Made this tonight for the first time. Followed recipe exaclty except doubled everything and cooked in a 3 quart casserole dish. My husband loved this but suggested next time to put frenches onion on top instead of bread crumbs - will try that the next time I make this. Also, will add more cheese as we like thinks very cheesey. Thanks for the great recipe!

Bacon and Tomato Cups

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2011
I made these with the pre-made filo-cups found in the frozen food section - they were on sale! These were soooo good and didn't have any left over! Will definitely make again.

Had to make a second bath - these were attacked when I took them out of the oven! Very easy to make and cheaper than buying the frozen pigs in a blanket already made. Bought the li'l smokes and they worked out great!

Reuben Dip

AMAZING!!! Made this for a New Year's day get together - everyone loved this, including my husband who does NOT like sauerkraut. Thought it was a little to greasy the next day but just poured out the grease. Still tasted amazing! The deli person shreded the meat for me so saved alot of time!. Definitely a keeper.

Chicken Florentine Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2010
Made his for Sunday dinner and wish I doubled the recipe - there were no leftovers! My two teenage kids made a face when they learned there was spinache, but after they tasted it, said it was "yummy" - My 19 year old who lives on take-out, had two servings - I didn't think this was a lot of work to make at all.

This pork loin came out perfect. I let it marinate about 4 hours. Very easy to make! It was was juicy and tasty! Followed the recipe to the T but didn't have steak rub so made my own with Kosher Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika. garlic powder and onion powder. This is definitely a keeper.

Healthy Turkey Loaf

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2009
I did the same as other reviewers and doubled the recipe but used only one egg. I put a couple of splashes of worcestershire sauce and a sprinkle of garlic powder but other than that followed the recipe. I did have to cook for about 50 mins. This came out delicious - my husband and I both loved it. It's a keeper!

Easy Bacon and Cheese Quiche

Made this for an office lunch which we had today. It was fantastic! Every bite was eaten. Very easy to make. I used real bacon which I cooked in the microwave - perfect for crumbling up! Next time I think i'll try using cheddar instead of swiss.

Pumpkin Bundt Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2008
Made two of these this weekend. One for my mom's bday and one for work. It was a hit at both places. I've been asked to make this for Thanksgiving desert! I couldn't find butterscotch instant pudding so used butterscotch regular pudding and I didn't have pumpkin spice so I used ground cinnamon. This cake was so moist and delicious. I used the cream cheese glaze from the "Holiday Pumpkin Cake with Rum-Cream Cheese Glaze" recipe on this site but instead of Rum extract I used vanilla. This is a keeper and I will be making this many, many more times. Thanks for the recipe!
