I did what was suggested and doubled the cream cheese, and found myself using a little more than double to get the right consistency. I had way too much filling for just one pie, so I made two. I used a little less lemon juice. This pie was very tasty.

Bacon, Asparagus, and Cheese Sandwiches

I made these exactly as suggested and was not impressed. I love asparagus, but it was not good in these sandwiches. Canned asparagus stinks, I know, but I have a feeling that they wouldn't have been good with fresh aspargus either.

Bacon and Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms

These are so delicious! I used a grapefruit spoon to scoop out the stems from the mushroom caps. My boyfriend is obsessed with these, when I am making them he is constantly "sampling" the filling.

Soft Christmas Cookies

Perfect Pumpkin Pie

I gave this recipe five stars because it was so easy and tasted so good. I brought it to my family's Thanks Giving dinner and they really liked it. They said, "from now on you are in charge of making the pumpkin pie every year."
