The recipe in its original form was a little bland for me, needed to double the parmesan cheese and add a little garlic to give it some pop.

Local Kine Wontons

Halved the recipe for a small appetizer and still wound up cutting down on the soy sauce. Had problems with leakers until I doubled up on the wonton skins, then they were quite good.

Dipping Sauce

Left something to be desired, really. I salvaged it by adding a little garlic powder and a little worcestershire sauce to my tastes.

Garlic Butter Sauce I

Made this to put over some ricotta cavatelli, used jarred minced garlic and used salted butter. Tasted great with some parmesan cheese, suspect it would be best with fresh-grated asiago or romano.
