Sweetheart Cookies

Very good! Be sure to double the recipe if you want more than 12 cookies. I sprinkled them with red and green for a festive touch :)

Delicious! I'm not a huge fan of red enchilada sauce in general, but after trying this, I've become one! The only minor change I did was exchange the basil for paprika and add a little more onions. This is a keeper.

Turkey Pasta Primavera

What a great way to use my leftover turkey! The sauce is creamy and delicious and the veggies add great color and flavor. I used 2 cloves minced garlic instead of the powder and doubled the salt and pepper.
