Au Gratin Cabbage

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Deep-Fried Turkey Marinade

Great recipe. I strained the dressing, so I can inject the dressing in the turkey. I used an 18 lb turkey and deep fryed it for 45 minutes. Then let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes before carving. Moist and delicious turkey. Will not make the traditional oven method again. Thanks for the recipe.

Traditional Pita Breads

Great dough. I used 2 tbs of active dry yeast and added 1 tsp of sugar. I made them on the stovetop, on a hot oiled griddle. Taste it great.

Best Steak Marinade in Existence

Marinade was really good. I didn't have dried basil. So I used Italian seasoning and some fresh parsley. Added some onion to the marinade. I used flank steak.

Broccoli Salad

Great recipe! I used a bag of broccoli slaw instead of just broccoli. Also i added a bit more mayo. Make ahead so the flavor from the bacon mixes in well. Definately will be making again as written. Thanks for the recipe!
