Cream Corn Like No Other
Excellent recipe. I used less corn than the recipe calls for because I was using leftover corn off the cob. I usually don't like cream corn but I think the Parmesan cheese put it over the top.

Easy Turkey Tetrazzini
I changed the recipe a little and added fresh onion and minced garlic to the mushrooms and used smart balance instead of butter. I also added a cup of sharp white cheddar cheese to the mixture. I also used one can of cream of mushroom and one can of cream of celery.

Jamaican Beef Patties
Beef patties are one of my favorite Jamaican dishes. I found the recipe relatively easy to make and my husband loved them! To mimic some of my previous experiences eating them I added a small amount of peas and shredded carrots to the beef filling. I felt that it added a little something.
