Chicken with Garlic, Basil, and Parsley

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2013
This was a fabulous recipe - easy, quick, and I couldn't believe how juicy the chicken was! I honestly expected it to be dry since there wasn't any water, but I followed the recipe to the letter and it turned out marvelous! The name is a little long, so we coined it "funky chicken" but it was fabulous.

I love this recipe! it was totally easy and tasted very nice - plus, I forgot about it on my stove and cooked it for oh, about 30 minutes, and it was just fine! I like recipes that are hard to mess up!

Coconut Cream Pie III

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2009
Like some of the other reviewers, I found this did not work out. I don't know if I am just to inexperienced a cook and the directions were to vague or if I did something else incorrectly, but the end result was a funky consistancy and I had to cook it an additional 20 minutes to get it to set.

Surprise Banana Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2008
I made this recipe only to use up some ripe bananas I had, and I'm glad I did! Very moist and very similar to banana bread. I did however leave off the frosting. I will DEFINATELY make this recipe again. Thanks!

Lighter Banana Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2008
I love this recipe, we always have ripe bananas in the house and this is a great way to use them up - I do however think that the muffins come out slightly dry, but that doesn't stop us from eating them!

Tart Cherry Crisp

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2008
I made this recipe with fresh cherries instead of the canned ones and it turned out awesome! My boyfriend told me everytime I make a "crisp" now I have to use this recipe because he enjoyed the topping so much!
