This salad was INCREDIBLE! I added 1 cup of pineapple bits and same amount of shredded coconut and left it in the fridge over night. The result is amazing, and is gone already after 36 hrs - ready to make another batch : ) While some people do not like it when ratings are given with recipe adjustments, I personally love it, and I find that all my recipes from this site has been a success because of other's review and recommendations / preferences / new ideas.

Bread Machine Bagels

I'd baked and cooked many of the recipes on this website, and I LOVE this forum; I am yet to make a bad meal. This is my first time to give a review, but I could not help it, the bagels were AWESOME!!!! I just wish I had a commercial bread machine so I can make larger batches! I increased the water as recommended, added cheese and jalapeño to some; I am already thinking up other possibilities... THANK YOU for the great recipe and always fantastic advice by the members!

Pasta and Cauliflower

This was awsome! I added shrimp to it, and my two yearld and husband could not eat it fast enough. Will make it in the future for sure, and maybe will add sliced tomatoes to it, since it is one of my daughter's favorite vegie.
