Jam Filled Butter Cookies

I have tried many butter cookie recipes from allrecipes.com, but this one is THE best! I used Apricot and Raspberry preserves for the centers and they are delicious! I doubled the recipe and made aproximately 4 dozen cookies. Thanks for sharing this recipe, I will definitely use it again!

Rempel Family Meatloaf

I made this recipe last night for my entire family and even my very picky son loved it! It was a huge hit and very easy to make. I sifted the onion soup as suggested so that it wouldn't come out too salty and it was just perfect! Thanks for sharing, it's a keeper!!!

Mushroom Chicken Piccata

I tried this recipe and loved it! I doubled the recipe and followed the exact directions except I used canned mushrooms. The only thing I will change next time, will be less lemon juice, it came out too lemony when doubling the recipe. I cannot wait to have this again. It's a great dinner choice for company, thanks for sharing!

Penne and Vodka Sauce

I used this recipe for Easter Dinner (second course). I tripled the recipe, I was serving 15 adults and it was plenty. I follwed the exact directions, no substitutions and it was amazing! Everyone raved about it. Thanks for sharing this recipe I will make it again in the future!

Garlic Prime Rib

I used this recipe for a 7lb filet mignon, it was delicious. I had to rely on a cooking themometer and I cooked it until the internal temp. was 155 F. I cooked it 20 min at 500 and about 1 1/2 hrs at 325. I used about double the olive oil. The smell coming from the oven while it was cooking was heavenly! Everyone loved it, a perfect Christmas dinner, thank you for posting!

Best Spinach Dip Ever

I made this dip for Thanksgiving and everyone loved it! I used 3/4 cup mayonaise instead of a full cup and omitted the waterchestnuts and it was so yummy! I put the dip into pumpernickle bread and it was such a hit! I will be making it again for Christmas! Thanks for posting it!
