Oh yummy, but so bad for my thighs. I love it, but I will try it with half applesauce next time as some of you reviewers have suggested. I used frozen blueberries and they worked perfectly. An absolutely delicious treat!
Update: I have made this recipe several times since the first time. I now use about 6 ounces of applesauce and about 3 ounces of oil. I reduced the sugar down to 2 cups. It is still just as moist, sweet and delicious as the original recipe.
