Heavenly White Cake

I used lemon extract instead of almond and it was delicious!!! It only made 2-8" layers but that was all I needed anyway.

Rolled Buttercream Fondant

This was my first time working with fondant and it was great! if it ever got to stiff from the powdered sugar that I was dusting it with I just added a drop or two of cornsyrup and kneaded it in.

Cream Puffs

I didn't use the filling recipe (I filled them with homemade whipped cream)but the puffs were really good! My whole family raved about them. I used a tablespoon sized scoop and got 38 shells.

Very good! I did double the sugar just to make it a tad sweeter. I used it to fill cream puffs and it tasted amazing!

Five Minute Ice Cream

This is so good! I did half a batch in 3 different flavors so far. I am still going to do a few more. I did strawberry, blueberry, and chocolate (it is taking a lot longer to freeze because it wasn't made with frozen fruit. Instead I crushed a few icecubes with the sugar and a tablespoon of choc. syrup) I will be making raspberry, vanilla (same way as chocolate), and chocolate chip.

Crispy and Creamy Doughnuts

These are delicious and incredibly easy. They take time but I don't think there was much I could mess up on. My mom cooked them while I put the glaze or cinn. sugar on them. I only rerolled the dough once and made munchkins out of the rest because the dough was starting to feel tough.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

These muffins were very good. They did lack a bit of flavor so I will probably add more spices next time. I did double the cinnamon and nutmeg though. I didn't use chocolate chips for preference, if I had they might have had more flavor.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are delicious! THey were still soft after they were cool but just as the recipe said, they were crispy on the outside. I used half butter and half applesauce and thet were still awewome!

Sweet and Sour Pork III

Baked Egg Rolls

These were really good. I forgot to bake the chicken ahead of time so I just ommitted that. It only made 14 since I didn't use chicken. Everyone except my picky little sister loved them. I served them with sweet and sour chicken (from this site).

Honey Mustard Sauce

I used plain, non-fat yogurt in place of the mayo so that it would be a healthier choice. I will be serving it with oat and herb encrusted turkey (from this site). It was great when I sampled it so I can't wait to try it on the chicken (we didn't have turkey).

Raspberry Angel Cake

this was very good. I made it for a light summer dessert and was well pleased. I am excited to try it with strawberry gelatin and strawberry sauce. Orange gelatin would be good too, though I don't think you could make a sauce.
