Blueberry Zucchini Bread

Excellant! I made this recipe exactly as written and it is the best zucchini bread recipe. I shared a loaf with friends and they raved about it. This recipe is a keeper!

Way too much flour! It made the rhubarb thick & floury tasting. Pretty easy recipe though next time I will try it with less flour! I would think that 1/4 cup would be plenty and not take away from the rhubarb taste.

Strawberry Muffins

These muffins were not good at all. No flavor, strange texture, stuck to muffin paper, & did not brown at all. I had to add extra milk because there wasn't enough to mix the flour mixture. How in the world did this get 4 stars?!
