Cheesy Potato and Corn Chowder
Good recipe but I made a few changes for the better- instead of the diced green chillies, I added a tablespoon of taco sauce. It sounds odd, but it just adds depth to the flavor of soup and is very palatable. Also, instead of the processed cheese, I stuck to the trusty shredded cheese (at least 1 cup); it tends to work best with the yellow cheeses (I prefer cheddar). Be sure to let the soup cook slightly before adding the cheese else the heat will scorch the cheese. It won't create a difference in flavor but it will make the texture a bit grainy.

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes
This was a fantastic recipe which I actually turned into an appetizer- I cut the "potato shells" in half before filling them with the mashed potatoes. The first time I made this recipe I wasn't patient for the initial baking stage which led to a disastrous finished product, but when in remade this with a little tender love and care, it turned out perfect.

Butter Snow Flakes
This is a great base recipe, and tasted even better with a few changes- I took out the cinnamon, and orange zest and added the zest of 1 medium lemon and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice. It sounds like a lot of lemon, but it actually creates the perfect delicate flavor! Huge success!
