Jenny's Black Forest Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2012
This black forest cake was fantastic! we did everything in the recipe using organic cocoa powder, premium coffee. The only substitution we made was using chambord liqueur (black rasberry liqueur) in place of the cherry liqueur. I do have to say that it made a difference in the cake that was definitely to our liking :)

Winter Fruit Salad with Lemon Poppyseed Dressing

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2009
Although I just use the salad dressing and use different salad ideas it is a great dressing... I usually add less sugar to the recipe just to my taste but other than that it is wonderful!

My boyfriend really liked these but I wasn't really a fan... Edible but I like original sweet and sour meatballs better!

Chocolate Chip Cookies (Gluten Free)

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2007
It may have been the gluten free mixture I was using but the amount of sugar to flour mixture is too much sugar! If you don't want to cookies to flatten out and make one big cookie halve the amount of sugar and margarine, use 3/4 tsp of baking soda and baking powder. After done they were awesome. If needed add a little milk or water to make to mixture moist
