Simple White Cake

I was craving something sweet but had limted ingreditions because i haven't went grocery shopping yet so i used what i had .And just to let you know this simple white cake was deelish. This recipe was simple and yet tasty.I did let the egg and butter get to room tempature i whip the heck out of the butter and sugar for at least 5 minutes.I sepearted the eggs and egg whites.So i beat the egg yolk for 2 addition minutes the mix should look verypale looking but fluffy.I didn't wanna used all milk so i used half cream cheese and half milk.I did have enough sugar but i thought it might not be sweet enough so i mixed 1 cup sugar with 1/2 cup confectioner sugar.i sifted the flour.I add 2tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp almond extract and i whipped the egg whites and folded it in the batter at the end. Great Simple White Cupcakes..

Urban Legend Chocolate Chip Cookies

Great Great cookies i see why it have so many reviews.1st i let the eggs and butter get to room tempature.2nd i used unsalted butter .Okay i ground my oatmeal very finely and i did follow the recie how it was written however i just add a little things here and there. I added vanilla and vanilla nut extract it just give it an excellent taste and i mix the nuts pecans and macadamian nuts can you so fabolosity these cookies where out of this world i have made these about 8 times.Using different nuts adding toasted coconuts to the mixture.This is by far far:THE BEST CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES RECIPE EVER EVER EVER!!!!!1!!

Honey Lime Chicken Wings

This is certainly a different twist on chicken wings,And i must applaused you these where so delicious i had two double the ingredition because i had to make more.When i do my chicken wing platter these will be on the platter.But i didn't fry them and i add alittle more lime zest and juice a a few dashes of soy sauce just to carmaleized it.These where really good.Even better baked

Tuna Patty Sandwiches

this was a tasty ans simple little recipe.I did exactly what the recipe ask for but me being me i had to add a little heat to this .Since i'm a spicy chick in all.I add a dash of nutmeg thinking it was the ground red pepper (oops my badd)realizing what i did i add the red pepper to this and i didn't have bread crumbs.So i used 1/2 cup of garlic and cheese crouton,i justed ground those up and add it to the mixture.I this was so delicious it made 5 small patties.Thanks

Truck-Stop Buttermilk Pancakes

I made these pancakes this morniing and my family went krazy over them i did half the recipe up .Using 2 1/2 cup flour 2 tsp baking soda and powder 2 cup of buttermilk(2 cup 2% milk and 2 tsp lemon juice)i add milk, i put 1 tsp of maple extract and a dash of cinnamon powder.These fluffy pancakes are so delicious

Golden Rum Cake

Okay guys i tryed a little i will admit i made 2 cupcakes out of the batter just to see what it tasted like.And i must say this was really good i see why the people always want a rum cake every week.The macadamian nuts makes itr so good.But i really think it's the glazed that set this cake off.You can just eat the glazed by itself.So here i am again making two more cakes for someone for friday.So i will add the milk instead of water butter instead of oil a little,and 1 Tsp of vanilla extract or maybe i will add 1 tsp of each almond extract and vanilla extract.

Best Brownies

I made these brownies about 2 times and two weeks the 1st time they where not chocolate enough for me so the second time i made them i did add another tsp of cocoa powder.And i put about 1 tsppo cocoa powder in the mix and that made it just right for me .and i did add another tsp of vanilla extract.And about 1/2 cup off pecan.Thanks these where easy brownies to make and i didn't make the glazes you really don't need it

Garlic Cheese Biscuits

these really are better then red lobster biscuit.I put some of the melted butter on the biscuit halfway through the cooking time,and the rest of the butter when it was finish.I did used 1 tsp of garlic 1 tsp of onion powder and sprinkle some parsley in the butter.And i added 1 tsp of garlic and onion powder and about 2 tsp butter and the biscuit mix.I have already eaten to of the biscuit i might end up make some more i will just half the mixture up.And i didn't have any buttermilk baking mix some i just used buttermilk.(i mean i made Buttermilk by add 1 tsp or a lil less to the milk and let iit sit for about 7 minutes.I love these biscuit you can't just eat one.(i bet you can't eat just one)

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake V

From the prensation of the cake it look very tasty.I did indeed had to cut a piece of this flavorful cake even though it's apart of my Husband father day gift.OK i didn't have alot of pineapple juice,so i used 1/2 cup pineapple juice and 1 cup sour cream.I didn't have any coconut so i just used the brown sugar. i used butter instead of oil I'm pretty sure i didn't used 1/4 butter so i just rub my pan with softened butter.And i used a bundt pan,I half the brown sugar and the pineapple.1st i put the brown sugar in the pan in then the pineapple ,I poured the batter over it and then i repeated the process.I also used a pinepple cake mix in i used 1 tsp of coconut extract.Since i didn't have any coconut this was a very moist cake and you can't tell it's a box cake Now that's what's happening

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Listen i'm not really a fan of oatmeal raisin cookies.But those cookies are so chewy and delicious.I did however add some pecans to the mix and i did double up on the nutmeg and the cinnamon and i sprinkle some white sugar on the top of the cookies before i put them in the oven.Oh and i did soak the rasin in hot water .These where some delectable tender cookies thanks Beth your truly a lifesaver.And my husband friends thanks you too.

Cherry Cheesecake

This is such a delightful recipe.it does take the cheesecake alot of hours to firm up.But what i did to give if more of a cheesecake taste was to add about 1/2 of another 8oz of cream cheese to it and it also help it to firm up more,even though i left it in the refrigerator overnight yummy yummy cheesecake.This sort of have a keylime taste to it but all in all it's delicious.I have many this cheesecake numerous time for many many people.

Banana Muffins II

I tried this recipe today because my banana where turning brown.This is a simple yet tasty recipe.I did add cinnamon and nutmeg to this recipe,and 1tsp of vanilla nut extract.I also threw in some chopped pecan in coconut into the mix.And i made a strudle topping which consits of browmn sugar, crushed pecan and butter yummy yummy.My kids can't stop eating them.

Butter Pound Cake

Let me tell you i never made a butter cake before,because i don't to much care for the taste of it.Well let me tell you someone ask me to make them a Tea cake some i was just browsing this site and was looking at the different types of tea cake.And really a tea cake is just a butter cake.Anyway this cake is quite delicious if i might say so myself.I did add 1 tsp of vanilla nut extract to this delightful cake.And you really can eat this cake without frosting.And i'm the type who love frosting on any cake.But this cake stand alone without frosting,my kids even it this cake without frosting.Thanks for a deeelicous recipe.God Bless

Lighter Banana Muffins

this recipe is so quick and easy.i did do as some of others said,and add some cinnamon and nutmeg.I also add some vanilla and nut flavor extract.And i threw ans some chopped pecans and coconuts and the mix.and add a strudle topping on top.Which consits of 1tsp of flour 3tsp of brownsugar 1 tsp of crushed pecan 1/2 tsb of butter.This was so Yummy i don't have to buy banana muffin mix again.Thanks

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle

Let me just say this candy brittle is off the chart.It was so good .I actually made this brittle about 6 times.The first time i tried this recipe .The brittle where kinda chewy but it was still good.And i think the reason it came out chewy was because i used a small pan and i didn't let it cook long enough.The second time i used a longer pan,and let me just say that it was phonemonal so delicious.And every other time i made this is was delicious.Now my co workers and my family is requesting some.Thanks a million.I even used pecan and cashew in this in a layer of coconut OMG you just can't eat one

Restaurant-Style Chicken Tenderloins

Let me just say thanks.I tired this recipes years ago with just the italian dressing and it was good.But when i tired this recipe with the honey and the lime juice i was in heaven.This turly was a good combination.It was so good i cook it two nights straight,my only thing was to let it marinate for 3 to 4 hours.GreatGreat recipe
