About this Cook
I love to go to the farmers markets, and get fresh produce. I cook mostly from scratch, not to many boxes here.
My favorite things to cook
I make alot of traditional hungarian and polish dishes. Good old comfort food. But like a challange with recipes.I got a smoker this year and have mastered ribs, chicken and fish even smoking in the cold and snow.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I taught myself to cook, being my mother & grandmother rarely cooked, I read cookbooks as a pass time.

Fabulous Zucchini Grinders
This is one of the best ways to use zucchini, Make sure to toast the bagette so they don't get soggy, and make sure to season the zucchini well.
