Holiday Dressing

Cooked it for a bunch of people in Japan, Ausies, Americans, Japanese, Chinese, Finnish.. All loved it. Using a little extra meat doesn't hurt. Bake a 9x9 in. pan of cornbread and make sure it is fairly dry. You don't need a food processor.

The Ultimate Brownie

These brownies are lethal. I've only ever heard one complaint about 'em: they're too rich! If you don't consider that to be a bad thing, then these are the brownies for you.

Apple Pie I

If using juicy apples, add a little flour with each layer. It absorbs the excess liquid, keeping your pie from being soggy. Also, topping the crust by spreading a litle butter over it and adding left over sugar and cinnamon is a great touch.

Corn Bread Mix

Needs a little more sugar, and use a little less than the stated amount of the mix when making the corb bread. Otherwise there isn't enough for a full 5 shots.

Peach Cobbler II

I had some trouble with this on the first go. I had to split it into two nomral 9 in pie pans. I used the same amount of peach, but ended up doubling the breading- one for each pan. Where the trouble came in is, I think I poured off a little *too much* of the liquid before adding the topping. I may have also over baked, as the top came out dry. Pouring some of the reserved liquid and milk over the top negated that problem, though. Also, save the extra liquid! You can make some killer french toast with it. Just add eggs. I recommend using bread that has some kind of nut in it.
