Delicious! Light and tasty. My daughters, whom refuse to eat anything that is mixed all together, inhaled this! The only modification I made was I added 1/2 t. of nutmeg. (Which plays off nicely against the cheeses and bacon.) Best quiche I've ever had.

No-Peek Beef Stew

Super easy and DELICIOUS! I didn't have any wine (I don't drink) so I substituted three tablespoons of Balsalmic (Sp?) vinegar. Next time I make it, I'm going to add chopped onions and celery. I highly recommend this one!

Creamy Slow Cooker Potato Cheese Soup

I loved this recipe. My husband thought it was a little "grainy" and thick. It was almost like cheesy mashed potatoes...but the flavor was delicious. I would definitely make it again, but factor in more liquid.

Slow Cooker Lasagna

Smelled delicious while cooking. Found that the double layer on noodles made it almost pasty. Would be better with traditional single layers. A little more sauce would have been nice. Be careful...this recipe expands as the noodles cook! A larger crockpot is recommended.

Slow Cooker Baked Beans

I had to throw this recipe out! The beans did not soak up any of the flavors. While cooking, my kitchen didn't even eminate the usually mouth-watering smells. I was very disappointed, and am now a canned baked bean convert.

Salmon with Dill

DELICIOUS! I've never been able to make fish right. This was easy, fast, and delicious. Hint to others, soak the salmon in milk first...it takes away any fish odors that may be present.
