We moved to the Northern California Coast three years ago, to be near the ocean and it's endless supplies of seafood, Which I deep sea fish too! Ling Cod, Dungeness Crab, Sea Mussels, and Clams. Cornbread Dressing, and Pumpkin bread at Christmas. Cooked a Easter Dinner for seven, with all the trimmings in our small Motorhome! When we moved to the Coast, we moved into our Motorhome, and I lost my Big Beautiful Kitchen! My oven is very small, and if I have to bake something that will rise out of the pan, like Pumpkin Bread, I have to use the lowest rack in the oven, and it burns the bottoms of my yummy breads!
