Beef Bulgogi

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2010
This recipe is fantastic and definitely worth 5+ stars. I actually had 2 pounds of flank steak so i just doubled the recipe. I also did what other reviewers did and substituted brown sugar for the white sugar and actually added a tablespoon or two more because i liked it a bit sweeter. I also added some red pepper flakes for heat. I served this over rice. DELISH!

Barbie's Tuna Salad

great recipe! i agree with other users, i only used about 3 1/2 tbsp of mayo and that was plenty. i was unsure about the curry and only added about 1/8 tsp and that was perfect. loved the addition of parmesan cheese, so i added a bit more. delish! i ate mine with crackers, this would be a great dip to serve!

Bulgogi (Korean Barbecued Beef)

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2009
This turned out great with some additions, since I can't seem to make anything without adding my own touches. I doubled the sauce recipe to have enough sauce to cover the meat. I added three tablespoons of rice vinegar as well as some pineapple juice for sweetness. I also doubled the amount of sugar. I didn't have a grill so I had to stir fry and still was great. Served with the korean cucumber salad and was one of the best dinners! Will definitely make this one again!

Heavenly Hot Dog Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2009
Loved this recipe. Great on hotdogs and nachos!! I would have given this a 5 if it had a bit more heat to it, so I added some hot sauce, garlic powder and it was delicious. Will definitely make this again.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2006
Followed the directions and the cookies came out perfectly! I followed another reviewers advice to freeze the peanut butter cups so they come out of the wrappers easier. The cookies were absolutely delicious and were a big hit! I will definitely make these again!
