Rotisserie Chicken
When i went out to turn the heat down thrre was a blazing inferno! Skin eas black! I'm hoping I can Dave the meat but the skin is totally ruined. I would recommend this be cooked on medium heat the whole time. 10minutes

Sous Vide Duck Breast
Did anyone notice the video says 1 hour in the water, yet the recipe says 2 hours???? What did the 3 reviewers do - recipe or video. I'm in the middle of this and have settled on 1.5 hours in the water. I will comment & rate again.

Chicken With Mushrooms
This was extremely easy and very, very tasty, although I did follow some of the advice from previous reviewers. I DIDN'T bread the chicken - I browned it in melted garlic butter seasoned with Herbs de Provence and salt & pepper. I also sauted the mushrooms in garlic butter & pepper and I did add the can of mushroom soup to the chicken broth. As to the cheese, I used a mixture of GRATED mozzarella and asiago but I sprinkled it on the chicken during the last 10 minutes of cooking. I served with plain rice smothered with the sauce from the chicken dish. YUMMY!!!!!
