What to say... i work full time as an investigator (won't tell you who for!). Have been cooking since i was a kid when mum decided i was much better than she would ever be! I am happiest cooking for other people and seeing the looks on there face when they think it tastes amazing.
My favorite things to cook
I love any dessert... But cheesecakes are my favourite! I also love thinking of new and exciting dinners to cook for my family... i get sick of the boring meat and three veg!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Even though my mum hates to cook, i will always remember as a kid her making the best birthday cakes ever. I will always remember her curried sausages as my favourite home cooked meal!
My cooking triumphs
Cooking my first ever Australian thanksgiving for an American friend who was staying... she said it was better than at home!

Easy Chicken Marsala
Wow! Family loved this for dinner the other night. I too doubled the sauce... it tasted fantastic. Served simply with steamed vegies for a low carb meal. thanks!

Crustless Spinach Quiche
Family and I loved this. Needed a little extra spice. We also added some delicious low fat sausages (chopped) to the mix after grilling. Added a great meat element and really made the pie. We made double the pie and ate leftovers all week. (Also used leeks rather than onions - yummo!)
