I made this for my family, and the keds really loved it, even my picky daughter who generally doesn't like alfredo. I made it according to directions, except I used minced garlic instead of granulated, and I added about 1/3 of a 28-oz can of tomato puree to make a tomato alfredo (haven't been able to find a decent recipe for that!). It turned out wonderful! However, it didn't thicken up much while it was cooking, but it did while it cooled. We will definitely make this one again... and again.
