Szechwan Shrimp
At first, I assumed I followed the recipe exactly but I used Cayenne pepper instead of the pepper flakes. It was HOT. But, the reason for only two stars is that I felt the sauce was basically spicy ketchup. I don't mind ketchup but I don't love it. I won't make it again. If you are a ketchup lover, then you will probably like this.

Zucchini Brownies
Thank goodness I read the reviews before I made this otherwise I would have thrown out the "batter". The only adjustments I made were using applesauce instead of oil and using whole wheat flour instead of regular. The batter was very dry...almost like a breadcrumb texture. I had to press it into the pan. It did turn out pretty good. Not cakey nor gooey/fudgelike...just somewhere in the middle. But, you can DEFINITELY taste the zucchini in it. It's not bad, just takes some getting used to. If I hadn't have made the frosting to go with it, the zucchini probably would have been too overpowering. However, with the frosting...delicious!! I've been trying to eat healthier but these chocolate cravings have been killing me. Thanks, Marian, for providing me a middle ground. :) UPDATE: I just made these again and they were even better. The only difference was that I used frozen, shredded zucchini. I thawed it out (3 cups, BTW) and drained some of the water. Dumped it in. Oh, I also used oil and regular flour this time too. The dough was "wetter" than last time and they turned out amazingly delicious. I cannot even taste the zucchini. Probably the best brownie I've ever had.

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing
Too lazy to run to the store to buy dressing, I googled "greek dressing" and it led me here. As everyone else said, it was so easy and I had everything the recipe called for. I changed the portions down to 10 and it was more than enough for our homemade chicken soulvaki pitas. I bet after letting the flavors "meld" for a few days, it will be even better. Delicious!
