Ukrainian Meat Filled Cabbage Rolls

Excellent recipe! I have been looking for a recipe that had no tomato sauce and this is it. I did add 1 cup of par boiled rice to the mixture and some nutmeg as well. I used more flour, about three TBS and the sauce was perfect. Great recipe!!

Quick Poached Salmon with Dill Mustard Sauce

This was terrific. I made it with low fat sour cream instead of yogurt and it was great. Moist, tender and really flavorful. I served it with rosemary garlic couscous and tomato salad. Great recipe!
